The People Precious & Few Choir
 |
Our Credo…
We are a group of young men and women committed
to serve God and the community through our
music and talents. We strive for excellence
in the things we do and continue to do better
each time. We recognize the value of each
member and we believe in the strength of
the group when it is united. Our hallmarks
are commitment, resourcefulness, dynamism,
creativity and relevance.

In the beginning...
Armed with nothing but fire in their
bellies, eleven young men and women
conceived in September 21, 1972, a liturgical
choir named Endings.
The fledging group was later named to
People, which finally evolved
into The People Precious and
Few Choir. The main activity
of the PPF Choir is to lead the Good
Shepherd parishioners of Fairview in
singing in the 8am Mass every Sunday,
and more recently, during the Wednesdays
7pm Mass. With dynamism as one of their
trademarks, the group branched out into
the realm of concerts and musical plays.
The lifeblood of these major productions
are the group's traditional activities
like the Harana, Christmas Caroling,
CD raffles and rummage sale. After more
than thirty years, the PPF Choir continues
its commitment to serve God and the
community through the music and artistry
of its gifted members. By coming up
with cause-worthy projects, the talents
and capabilities of every member are
developed and put to good use. |
