Wedding Fees:
The standard fee is P10,000.00.
This includes the wedding mass and ceremony, red
carpet, flower décorations in the middle
aisle and at the altar. The contracting couple
may come up with other floral preparations or
arrangement, provided the décor will remain
in the church. For this, the CSPGS and the contracting
couple should agree in writing stating that a
reduction of fees is to be made.
Presiding Priest:
The celebration of the mass is entrusted to the
ministry of the parish priest, or in case of his
absence, to his parochial vicar. However, if the
couple wishes to invite a non-resident priest
to preside in the celebration of their wedding
mass, the CSPGS must be informed at least one
(1) month before the wedding. Information regarding
the priest’s full name, address, license
number and its expiration must be submitted. A
letter of delegation has to be obtained from the
parish priest.
Wedding Rites:
The CSPGS shall make available a wedding missal.
If the couple prefers to design their own missalete,
they must submit the text for approval to the
Parish Office one (1) month prior to their wedding
date. A parish wedding coordinator will be provided
by the CSPGS to ensure the orderliness of the
celebration.
Wedding Music:
The CSPGS offers the services of an organist,
soloist, and/or choir to lend beauty and grace
to the ceremony. If the couple wishes to have
their own musicians, a minimum contribution of
P500.00 will be asked to cover the use of the
church organ and electrical expenses.
Timing:
The time allotted for the whole ceremony from
entrance to recessional is one (1) hour only.
Therefore, the ceremony should start and end within
the contracted schedule.
If there is a delay of more than fifteen (15)
minutes, the wedding ceremony shall proceed without
the Eucharistic celebration. Punctuality is therefore
necessary.
Video and Picture Taking:
To ensure that taking photographs and video will
not cause unnecessary distraction contracted photo
and video crews are required to obtain a photo-pass
from the parish office for them to be guided accordingly
and be allowed into the ceremony. The photo-pass
states the guidelines to be followed and must
be returned immediately after the ceremony.
Crew must minimize their movements and their shots
should be made with utmost discretion so as not
to distract the guests from the solemnity of the
ceremony. Friends and relatives need not get a
pass, however, they are asked to exercise the
same discretion.
Payment:
A reservation fee, also serving as down payment,
of P2,500.00 is to be paid to
the parish office upon submission of the wedding
application form. This amount is non-refundable
and non-transferable.
The balance of the remaining fees must be paid
in full at least one (1) week prior to the wedding
date.
Reception Hall / Catering
Service:
The CSPGS offers different reception venues inside
its compound. The Cathedral has a Parish Hall
that can accommodate 500 guests; Shechem Café
which is big enough for 150 pax; and Garden
of Paradise that can sit-in 250 people well.
The CSPGS also presents accredited companies to
provide the couple their catering requirements.
Should the couple be interested, the CSPGS will
be willing to provide the couple with relevant
information.
For success of the wedding celebration, a strict
compliance with the above norms are necessary.
